Packing, postage and insurance are provided FREE worldwide.
Novis Gallery ships from Australia. International orders are welcome.
Art prints are rolled and sent in a postal tube.
Anticipated delivery times vary according to the country of destination.
Please ensure you provide a delivery location that is reasonable and easy to access for couriers and delivery. Failure to do so may incur delivery charges if artworks need to be re-delivered due to inability or difficulty to deliver the artworks in the first instance.
All art prints and posters are professionally printed in Australia following receipt of your order and payment.
Printing takes between seven and ten days, following which your print/s or posters will be rolled and packed into a tube for posting.
PRINT TYPE & QUALITY
The gallery quality art prints of original Novis paintings are printed on premium quality cotton canvas, ready for framing.
Please note: frames are not included unless specified.
Sizes quoted are approximate.
Also available on special request are high grade canvas options, ready-framed prints on stretcher bars, and unique Signature Edition art prints which are hand-finished and hand-signed. Contact artist Barry Novis for details.
DISCOUNTS & GIFT VOUCHERS
If you have a discount code or a gift voucher, one or the other can be entered at Checkout. Please note that Discount Codes and Gift Vouchers cannot be used for the same order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Novis Gallery has a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will communicate with you as to where the package should be sent.
You are responsible for the postage cost of return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make an evaluation.
